What are your rates?

For social media brand deals my rate is a flat $500 (for deals less than $20k) or 3% (for deals $20k or greater) of gross revenue for unlimited contract review, negotiation, and advisement. Other general legal work is $550/hour. Corporate formations and trademark filings begin at $1000 plus filing fees. I also offer fractional general counsel work for a negotiable flat fee per month.
